Classroom Activity for 11.05.2007 - More online practice - Mrs. C will notify you if you are to complete Activity A or B.

Please go to one of the following websites AFTER you have read the directions below:
Activity A Pronoun Agreement 4 - This activity is more challenging than Fridays.
  • Pay attention to whether the pronoun or antecedent is underlined. Either way make them agree.
  • Pay attention to ALL of the underlined words. Sometimes the correct answer is more than one word.
  • DO NOT move to the next question until you have gotten the previous one correct.
  • Print the last page with your score.

Activity B Pronoun-Antecedent Tutorial - This tutorial redelivers the background information you need to understand P-A Agreement. The excercises are progressively more difficult.
  • Use the back arrow on the Firefox toolbar instead of the "back" button on the webpage - it doesn't go anywhere.
  • It's o.k. to copy and paste the text into the box before you edit.
  • DO NOT complete the final writing assignment associated with this activity.
  • Print the last page.
